Delivery is free anywhere in South Africa. Orders leave our Cape Town warehouse within 1-2 business days and typically arrive 2-5 business days later in main centres, 5-7 in regional areas. You will receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Completely normal. The Lounger is vacuum-compressed for shipping. Unbox it, gently fluff the cushions and allow 48-72 hours for the foam to expand to its full shape and firmness.

Yes. All covers zip off and machine wash on a gentle cold cycle. Air dry, avoid bleach and avoid high heat, and they will stay soft and vibrant.

It is made for little builders from toddlerhood upward, and sturdy enough for the whole family to lounge on. Adult supervision is recommended for younger children.
