We offer free delivery anywhere in South Africa on all orders.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from our Western Cape warehouse within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times
- Main centres: 2-5 business days after dispatch
- Regional and outlying areas: 5-7 business days after dispatch
Good to know
- The Lounger ships in a large box (37 × 37 × 85 cm, ±15 kg), please make sure someone is available to receive it.
- We deliver to street addresses only (no PO boxes), via our trusted courier partners.
- Your sofa is vacuum-compressed for shipping. Once unboxed, allow 48-72 hours for the foam to expand to its full shape, this is completely normal.
