Orders & payment

  • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at checkout.
  • Your order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we dispatch your items. We may decline or refund an order where a pricing or stock error has occurred, and will notify you promptly if so.

Delivery & risk

Delivery takes place per our Shipping Policy. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery.

Returns

Returns and refunds are handled per our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
